For those who have been following along on social media, you may know that I have been partnering with Missouri Star Quilt Company for the past few years. Since 2023, I have tested countless products, shared projects and even done some giveaways with my Missouri friends.
This week they are running their annual Christmas in July Sale (July 11-25) and while I have a few products already in my cart, I also thought it would be helpful to share a few of my favorites! Below are my tried and true favorite purchases from Missouri Star- many I have repurchased again and again!
Thread- Missouri Star is my go-to spot for thread. I do the majority of my piecing with Aurifil 50wt in color 2024, but I do love the large variety of beautiful colors that they carry.
Rulers- MSQC has THE BEST selection of specialty rulers. My favorites are the Creative Grids Stripology Ruler, the Clearly Perfect Slotted Trimmer and the Ultimate Flying Geese Tool. But you can probably find a ruler for any size and shape that you need!
Gifts- Don't forget to check out the "gifts" section on their site. They have a great selection of quilt-related items from puzzles to candles to mugs and jewelry. (I may have a few of these sitting in my cart now)
EPP Kit- My friends at Missouri Star sent me this kit before they released it and I cannot say enough good things! If you are new to English Paper Piecing or looking for a travel kit, this is it!! I keep mine in the car, because you never know when you might get a few extra minutes!
Templates-I have also been fortunate to test quite a few of their templates. I love that come nested with a smaller size inside the larger shape. They make a great tool for applique pillows and gifts.
As you probably have guessed, I love working with my friends at Missouri Star Quilt Company! They are a family run business and I really feel that reflected in the care they provide their customers as well. Plus, it doesn't hurt that they have the largest selection of so many amazing tools, notions, fabrics and gifts.
