I am so happy to share with you my newest quilt pattern- the Heart Shine Quilt!

This pattern is a modern spin on the traditional Irish chain quilt with the addition of hearts and sawtooth stars. It pretty much includes everything I love most in the quilting world!
The design for this pattern was actually born out of my love for the changing seasons and the holidays that go along with them. I pictured the quilt being made with reds and pinks for Valentine’s Day, or adding green to that mix for a Christmas version. I even made a red, white and blue quilt using this pattern that I’ll share below. I am planning for it to be the quilt of the summer for our family : )
A Couple of Things to Know About This Pattern
-I labeled it as beginner-friendly. You will get a little practice with half-square triangles and flying geese, but the pattern is very forgiving!
-The pattern comes in both throw size and baby size.
-Last, I cannot recommend this ruler enough for half square triangles. It will save you hours of trimming time!
I am providing all the details on my cover quilt below. You can also purchase quilt kits of this version at Punkin Head Fabric Shop!
