I’m not wishing Summer away just yet, but my sewing studio is officially ready for Fall! That is because my newest quilt pattern, Pumpkin Shine, is now available!

Pumpkin Shine is a sister pattern to my Heart Shine Quilt that released earlier this Summer. Both patterns are a twist on the traditional Irish chain quilt with the addition of hearts inside the chain block. But this new design has, you guessed it, sawtooth stars inside PUMPKINS!
I made my cover quilt using the yardage fabric requirements, but there is also a fat-quarter friendly version. I’ve made a few mock-ups on my computer using different colorways and fabric lines that look really cute, so a fat-quarter version may be on it’s way soon!
Here’s a Couple Important Highlights About The Pumpkin Shine Quilt:
-The pattern is beginner-friendly. You can totally make this!
-You will get a little practice with half-square triangles. I recommend this ruler for trimming, but it is certainly not required.
-The pattern comes in both throw and baby sizes. And both are written for either yardage or fat-quarters.
I am providing all the details on my cover quilt below. You can purchase quilt kits for this version at Wild Blooms Quilt Co. You can also grab a kit for the fat-quarter version seen here over at San Diego Sewn.
